· I am a Restaurant Consultant and licensed Commercial Realtor working with KW Commercial Realty, a division of Keller Williams Realty, Inc, specializing in restaurant site selection, pre-sale preparation, property sales, shopping centers, and business brokering.
· Restaurants on Tap, Inc. provides additional restaurant consulting services for restaurant clients to further their profit margins and return on investment (ROI).
· For many years I have been involved in all sectors of restaurant management and real estate. As a former restaurant owner and operator, I am experienced in managing overall operations of the restaurant business including concept development, marketing, and training. In addition to owning my own restaurant, I have managed corporate and independent restaurants and have been involved with restaurant POS technology sales and consulting.
· I am a State Certified ServSafe and National Registry Food Manager Instructor, exam proctor a State Certified Employee food handler and alcohol compliance Trainer.
· My experience in the restaurant industry and commercial real estate can be an asset to a restaurant owner when plans to expand, franchise, or sell an existing business or property come into play.
